What is low/no choke in DTF printing?

‘Choke’ refers to the adjustment of the white underbase layer in a DTF print. Low or no choke ensures that white elements in your design are not reduced, leading to a more accurate and vibrant print.

Ordering & Customization

Can I order custom DTF transfers with my own design?

Yes! Our Upload Your Design feature lets you send us your pre-made design or gang sheets for printing. We’ll handle the rest with fast processing and high-quality prints.

What file formats do you accept for custom orders?

We accept:
✔ PNG (preferred) – Transparent background, 300 DPI
✔ PDF, AI, SVG (for vector files)
If you need help formatting your design, our team offers file setup services for an additional fee.

How should I store my DTF transfers before application?

To maintain the quality of your DTF transfers, store them in a:

✅ Airtight bag to prevent moisture exposure
✅ Flat surface to avoid creases
Properly stored transfers can last 6 months to 3 years before application.

Can I print photographs using DTF transfers?

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless there is a printing error on our part. Please double-check your design before uploading.

Application & Care

How do I apply my DTF transfer?

  1. Set heat press to 310°F-325°F.
  2. Press with firm pressure for 10-15 seconds.
  3. Peel warm or cold (depending on transfer type).
  4. Repress for 5 seconds with parchment paper for the best durability.

How do I wash and care for my DTF-printed apparel?

To extend the life of your prints:
✅ Wash inside out in cold water
✅ Use mild detergent (no bleach or fabric softener)
✅ Hang dry or use low heat in the dryer
✅ Avoid direct ironing on the print
