🌟 Glow Performance Notice

Glow intensity depends on:

• Amount of light exposure
• Type of light (UV/direct light charges best)
• Design thickness
• Garment color (glow appears strongest on darker shirts)

This is phosphorescent film — not LED or neon ink. The design must be charged under light before glowing in darkness.

🔥 PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS (REQUIRED)

For best results, use a commercial heat press.

Temperature: 300–310°F
Pressure: Medium to Firm (60–80 PSI recommended)
Time: 12–15 seconds
Peel: Cold Peel Only

After peeling:

Repress with parchment or Teflon sheet for 5–10 seconds to seal.

• Commercial heat press required
• Home irons are NOT recommended
• Cricut-style presses are NOT recommended
• Uneven pressure may cause lifting
• Do not press over seams, collars, or zippers

Failure to follow these instructions voids reprint eligibility.

Submitting your file confirms you understand and agree to the following:

1. We Print Files Exactly As Uploaded

Your transfer will match your file including:

• Size
• Proportions
• Cropping
• Transparent/empty space
• Placement
• Resolution
• Colors

We do not resize, edit, adjust, or fix artwork unless requested and paid for.

2. Size Applies to the Entire Canvas

The selected size applies to the full canvas — not just the visible artwork.

If your file contains extra space around the design, the printed design will appear smaller inside the selected size.

Please crop artwork tightly before uploading.

3. The Preview Is Your Final Print

If it looks small → it will print small.
If it looks blurry → it will print blurry.
If it looks pixelated → it will print pixelated.

Zoom in before submitting.

4. We Are NOT Responsible For:

• Large borders or empty space
• Low-resolution or pixelated files
• Incorrect DPI
• Wrong size selected
• Color differences due to screen settings
• Artwork not properly cropped
• Mirrored/non-mirrored file errors

5. Recommended File Requirements

6. No Free Reprints for Upload Errors

If your file was printed exactly as submitted, reprints require a new order.

We do NOT provide free reprints for:

• Sizing mistakes
• Resolution issues
• Cropping errors
• Pressing errors
• Customer equipment issues

If there is a manufacturing defect, it must be reported within 48 hours with photo and video evidence before pressing.

Once a transfer has been pressed, it is considered accepted.
