⚠️ IMPORTANT – WE PRINT EXACTLY WHAT YOU UPLOAD
Please read carefully before submitting your artwork.
Submitting your file confirms you understand and agree to the following:
1. We Print Files Exactly As Uploaded
Your transfer will match your uploaded file including:
• Size
• Proportions
• Cropping
• Transparent/empty space
• Placement
• Resolution
• Color values
We do not adjust, resize, edit, or fix artwork unless specifically requested and paid for.
2. Size Applies to the Entire Canvas
The size you select applies to the full canvas — not just the visible artwork.
If your file contains extra space around the design, the printed artwork will appear smaller within the selected size.
Please crop artwork tightly before uploading.
3. The Preview Is Your Final Print
What you see in the preview is exactly what will print.
If it looks small → it will print small.
If it looks blurry → it will print blurry.
If it looks pixelated → it will print pixelated.
Zoom in before submitting.
4. We Are NOT Responsible For:
• Large borders or empty space in uploads
• Low-resolution or pixelated files
• Incorrect DPI
• Wrong sizing selected by customer
• Color variation due to monitor settings
• Artwork not properly cropped
• Mirrored or non-mirrored errors
• Design placement mistakes
We print production-ready files only.
5. Recommended File Requirements
For best results:
• PNG format
• Transparent background
• 300 DPI
• Cropped tightly to artwork
• Sized correctly before upload
• RGB color profile preferred
6. No Free Reprints for Upload Errors
If your file was printed exactly as submitted, reprints require a new order.
We do not provide free reprints for:
• Customer sizing mistakes
• Resolution issues
• Cropping errors
• Color expectations
• Pressing errors
All transfers are inspected for manufacturing defects before leaving our shop.
If there is a printing defect, it must be reported within 48 hours with photo and video evidence before pressing.
Once pressed, transfers are considered accepted.
