To ensure the best results, please read the following carefully before submitting your artwork:

 

 

1. We print files exactly as they are uploaded.

 

 

Your final print will match the file you submit, including:

 

• Size
• Proportions
• Cropping
• Empty/transparent space
• Placement
• Resolution

 

 

 

2. The size selected is applied to the entire canvas, not just the design.

 

 

If your file has extra space around the artwork, the design will print smaller inside the size you chose.

Please crop your artwork tightly to avoid undersized prints.

 

 

3. What you see in the preview is what will print.

 

 

If it looks small in the preview, it will print small.

If it looks blurry in the preview, it will print blurry.

 

 

4. We are not responsible for:

 

 

• Uploaded designs with large borders/empty space
• Low-resolution, blurry, or pixelated images
• Incorrect DPI or proportions
• Wrong sizes selected by the customer
• Colors appearing different due to screen differences
• Artwork that is not cropped or not prepared correctly
• Mirrored/non-mirrored files uploaded incorrectly

 

 

 

5. Recommended file requirements:

 

 

• PNG with transparent background
• 300 DPI
• Cropped tightly to the design
• Correct print size before upload

 

 

 

6. No free reprints for upload or sizing errors.

 

 

If the file was printed exactly as uploaded, reprints require a new order.
