UV turnaround

Orders placed after 12:00 PM Friday are not printed until Monday.
Rush does not apply to UV DTF and will not override the Friday cutoff.

Application

Clean the surface with rubbing alcohol and let it dry completely.
Peel the white backing off slowly.
Place the design carefully (it is not repositionable).
Rub firmly with your fingers or a card.
Peel the clear film slowly at an angle.
Let it sit for 24 hours before washing or heavy use.

Artwork requirements

Usable gang-sheet artwork width: 22.5 inches.
Preferred file: PNG with transparent background at final print size.
300 DPI recommended. Flatten artwork and remove hidden layers.
Also accepted: PDF, AI, SVG for vector files.
Completed layouts are printed as submitted — review spacing and orientation before checkout.

Pressing guidance

Standard Legends DTF transfer settings:

270°F
8 Seconds
Hot or Cold Peel
5-Second Repress

Press at 270°F for 8 seconds using firm, consistent pressure. Hot or cold peel, then repress for 5 seconds with parchment paper.

Compatible fabrics commonly include cotton, polyester, blends, spandex, and canvas. Specialty transfers (such as glitter or glow) may use different settings — check the product page. See the FAQ for full care guidance.

Hours (Eastern): Mon–Fri 10 AM–7 PM; Sat 10 AM–3 PM; Sun closed.
Weekday same-day printing cutoff: 5 PM ET. Same-day shipping cutoff: 3 PM ET.
Weekday rush printing until 6:30 PM ET (does not extend shipping).
Saturday same-day printing cutoff: 1:30 PM ET; rush printing until 2:30 PM ET.
Pick up completed orders while we’re open. Need pickup after we leave? Call before closing to arrange outside pickup.
