SAME-DAY DTF TURNAROUND & CUTOFF TIMES
Same-Day Printing / Local Pickup: Orders must be placed by 5:00 PM to qualify for same-day production.
Same-Day Shipping: Orders that need to ship the same business day must be placed by 3:00 PM.
Orders placed after the applicable cutoff will be processed the following business day.
Same-day turnaround refers to production time. Large-volume orders, artwork/file issues, or unusually high order volume may require additional production time.

DO NOT MIRROR YOUR ARTWORK. All DTF gang sheets are automatically mirrored before printing.
Your artwork is printed as submitted. Please verify your:
- Artwork size
- Resolution
- Transparent background
- Spelling
- Colors
- Quantity
- Gang sheet layout
We do not automatically resize, redesign, correct, or modify customer-submitted artwork unless otherwise arranged.
Customer artwork or file-preparation errors do not qualify for refunds, credits, or complimentary reprints.
WHAT IS A DTF GANG SHEET?
A DTF gang sheet allows you to place multiple designs, logos, names, numbers, or graphics onto one large sheet of Direct-to-Film transfers.
Fill the available space with as many designs as you can fit. This makes gang sheets a cost-effective option for clothing brands, print shops, schools, teams, businesses, crafters, and anyone producing custom apparel in volume.
Simply upload your completed gang sheet and we'll print it ready for you to cut and press.
DTF PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS (standard Legends DTF)
For best results, we recommend using a commercial heat press with even pressure.
Temperature: 270°F
Time: 8 seconds
Pressure: Firm, consistent pressure
Peel: Hot or cold peel
Repress: 5 seconds with parchment paper
- Pre-press the garment briefly to remove moisture and wrinkles.
- Position the transfer printed-side down, press, peel, then repress for 5 seconds.
- Heat presses and fabrics vary — test before a full run.
- Specialty transfers (glitter, glow, UV) may use different settings — check that product page.
WASH & CARE
For the best longevity:
Turn the garment inside out before washing. Machine wash cold or warm using mild detergent. Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals. Tumble dry low or hang dry when possible. Do not iron directly over the transfer.
Wait 24 hours after pressing before the first wash.
REFUND & ORDER POLICY
All DTF gang sheets are custom-made using customer-submitted artwork. All sales are final. We do not issue cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method.
If Legends DTF Prints determines that an order has a qualifying production issue caused by us, we may provide a reprint or store credit, as appropriate.
Customer artwork errors—including incorrect sizing, spelling, resolution, backgrounds, mirrored artwork, layout issues, or other file-preparation errors—do not qualify for refunds, credits, or complimentary reprints.
