All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a printing error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product & issue
If we verify the mistake, we will provide a replacement or store credit.
Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once they are in production.
- If you uploaded the wrong design, contact us immediately—we will try to assist before printing begins.
