All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a printing error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the product & issue

If we verify the mistake, we will provide a replacement or store credit.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are in production.
  • If you uploaded the wrong design, contact us immediately—we will try to assist before printing begins.
